Are you ready to Rumble?!?

I was looking for something to do on a Thursday rainy afternoon and thought about testing out a new studio. I am so happy I did. I’ve been three times since the studio opened, which was only three weeks ago! It’s an entirely new boxing studio, but you don’t only box in this class. So what exactly is it?
It’s not your average boxing studio. Instead of spending 60 minutes on one bag, you alternate between spending time on the bag and on the floor. There are four rounds in total. 2 of which are spent on the bag and 2 spent on the floor. The floor work is focused on abs and legs, think squat jumps and sit ups with arm weights. It’s the best feeling after you push through each round with everything you have. This class will always have you on your toes, literally. Even when the instructor calls for a break it only means to bounce on your toes. Even on the bag there is cardio involved, and not running!
This is a perfect full body workout. It targets every muscle group and challenges you from the first to last minute. Plus, when you buy your first class you get a second one for free.
The studio is brand new and everything on display was carefully and intently meant for that spot. Everybody working at Rumble is super friendly and for all you first-timers they make you feel right at home. If it is your first time boxing, not to worry! Five minutes before every class the instructor takes newcomers down to the studio to walk them through the six punches. That means when class gets started you’re ready to Rumble!
