That’s right! Music tends to be key when you’re doing your own workout or attending a class. The playlist sets you up to be successful by inspiring you to work hard. But how can music do such a thing? It’s easier to move to the rhythm of the beat as opposed to listening to people around you. While yes there is a time for going music free, but sometimes you just need that killer playlist to kill a workout. That’s what I’ve created!
Sometimes it’s hard to drag yourself out of bed in the morning, we’ve all been there. But getting out of the house is the most important thing. Whether you’re on your way to a class, the gym, or just going running hearing that one song that you love so much just makes you want to push through and finish your workout on an amazing note.
It’s totally fine if you don’t have a playlist that you’re in love with because I’ve made one for you! This playlist is composed of some of my personal favorite songs that are motivational and make you want to destroy your workout, in the best way possible. Don’t knock it till you try it.
